Oregon Pink Opal
American Gemstones has been able to mine at the Pink Lady Mine with Troy Newman several times. There are beautiful deposits of white-to-pink-to-dark red opal in a beautiful setting.
Typically opaque stones are cut into cabochons, carvings or beads. It is important to seek the potential in all gemstone material and so American Gemstones also had a suite of 14mm concave faceted gemstone cut. Once again we are glad to have done the experimentation and love the results.
