Transformations
This set of 5 Rose Quartz gemstones started out looking pretty much the same, all of one cutting style (14 mm round, concave faceted gems). Each gemstone was then given it’s own look by further incorporating additional cutting styles. We wanted to showcase the concept that even traditionally cut gems can be made into something special with thoughtful cutting.
American Gemstones believes firmly that, regardless of the type of stone, good quality gemstone rough can be transformed into extraordinary gemstones. These gems are more straightforward examples of simple transformations Depending on the material provided to the artist the possibilities are endless.
