Let Tomorrowland whisk you away to a place of enchantment and dreams. Reminiscent of Rocket Rods, a ride formerly featured in Disneyland, this sleek red hot rod is a part of the future in American gemstone cutting. Not bound by traditional faceting, the creativity of gemstone artists strive to fire the imagination through inventive cuts and shapes. Of course we like a well faceted stone, but even a faceted stone might lend a new vision through creative cutting artistry. From the imagination and talent of American gem artists there is excitement around every corner. All we can say is, we’re in for the adventure and up for the ride…hold on!
One of the most important “stops” for American Gemstones is the UA Alfie Norville Gem and Mineral Museum. The University of Arizona has created a new environment for public education about gem and minerals, including a one-of-a-kind gemology program for students. We asked Eric Fritz, Museum Manager, to “look into tomorrow” and describe the future of their exciting achievement:

American Gemstones proudly participates in the vision of the UA Alfie Norville Gem and Mineral Museum. We hope you enjoy each gemstone stop along the way and you will tell your friends to join the adventure.
